Why didn't my payment go through?
Common reasons that your payment may have failed include:
1. Address failed verification with our processor – this is usually because the address you have on file with the credit card company is different from the address you entered on the payment form.
2. Insufficient funds available on your credit card.
3. Data entry error – check to be sure you have entered your card number, expiration date, CVC code, etc. correctly.
4. Connection interruption.
In the event of payment failure, we will attempt it again three times. This could take place over the course of several days, so if your payment fails once you should contact your financial institution to make sure that the funds will be available by the next business day.
If none of our attempts to process your payment are successful, we will suspend the service.
