Why was my account suspended?
The most common reasons that we will suspend an account are:
- Phishing Scams
- Adult Content
- Spam Email Complaints
- Copyright/Trademark Infringement
- Outstanding Invoice
- Cancelled Hosting Account
If we suspend your account, we will notify you of the suspension via email. To find out why your account has been suspended, you’ll need to reply back to the email, and we will let you know what you can do to reactivate your account.
Once you complete the required steps to reactivate your account, and we can confirm that you’ve done so, we will reactivate your account. If we do not hear back from you, or if you fail to take the steps necessary to reactive your account, your account will remain suspended indefinitely.
